This posting is for an existing vacancy. We are open to remote candidates based in the United States

We are hiring a Product Manager to own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for PowerDMS products. You will define outcomes for one or more product areas, work closely with customers in public safety and government agencies, and turn their needs into clear, shippable product decisions. The specific product area or areas will be confirmed for each hire.

    What You Will do

    • Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for your assigned PowerDMS area, tied to measurable customer outcomes.

    • Run discovery with agencies, administrators, and end users, and turn what you learn into clear requirements.

    • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to ship in small increments and validate bets with real users.

    • Serve as the voice of the customer in roadmap decisions and in conversations with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation.

    • Translate complex product trade-offs into concise plans, launch materials, and decisions that stakeholders at every level can act on.

    Who You Are

    • 3 to 6 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.

    • A track record of owning a product through a significant change, such as a migration, platform upgrade, integration, or new launch.

    • Strong discovery and prioritization skills: customer interviews, synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data, and defensible trade-off calls.

    • Comfort working directly with customers on onboarding, implementation, or support in high-stakes conversations.

    • Comfort with ambiguity and a history of creating clarity and momentum.

    • Fluency with agile teams and standard product tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.

    Preferred

    • Law enforcement background: experience as a sworn officer, dispatcher, records or training staff, or in agency policy, training, or operations. Highly valued.

    • GovTech experience: prior work in government software, public sector procurement, or agency operations. Highly valued.

    • AI experience: hands-on work with AI-enabled products or AI-driven workflows, such as screening, summarization, or search is a plus.

    • Familiarity with policy management, training records, or document workflows in regulated or compliance-heavy environments.

    • Working knowledge of public sector procurement, agency operations, or government HR processes.
