Strong understanding of the debt recovery business lifecycle and industry best practices.
Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and provide solution-oriented recommendations on the fly.
Experience leading product discovery, roadmap planning, and Agile product delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive product outcomes.
