Position Title: Senior Product Manager - Loan Originations
Location: Considering candidates who live within 50 miles (commutable distance) to out client's Corporate Offices in Evansville IN, Baltimore MD, Wilmington DE, Charlotte NC and Irving TX
Duration: 6 with possible conversion to FTE
Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3x per week in office
Pay Rate: $95.00 to $100.00

Who we are looking for / Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role within a technology-driven organization
Experience working in Agile environments with strong backlog management and sprint execution responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Experience in Financial Services or consumer-facing digital products preferred
Experience in working with and coordinating processes related to third-party software products as part of a product solution (such as verifications and credit lookup-related products)
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent practical experience
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:
Prioritize and sequence roadmap work with the Lead Product Manager, ensuring high-priority initiatives are clearly defined and delivery-ready.
Collaborate with Business, Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations teams to define requirements, develop user stories, and align stakeholders.
Drive sprint execution by managing goals, maintaining a prioritized backlog with 2–3 sprints of ready work, and ensuring stories meet acceptance criteria.
Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs to maintain delivery momentum and support on-time outcomes.
Ensure product quality through continuous feedback, iterative improvements, and clear stakeholder communication on progress, risks, and results.
