The Senior Manager, Product owns end-to-end accountability for AI Center of Excellence, overseeing that AI based product and solution delivers value to customers and is a viable business model. They are responsible for executing on the overall AIÂ product strategy, roadmap, backlog and financials, driving performance against KPIs (financial and non-financial). They balance investments (money, time, people) in shortâterm tactical product improvements with longâterm product investments to maximize ROI. They provide clear guidance to product management and development teams on customer needs and expected outcomes. They engage with other key stakeholders across the business to ensure product success.

  • Execute product vision and strategy including the product goals/objectives, target market, product differentiation, positioning, and the plans to grow market share over its lifecycle

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap

  • Evaluate product performance and solicit feedback, integrating the voice of the customer into the product, includes gathering and presenting customer insights from research

  • Engages regularly with the Product Development team to guide the PD team and make sure     business needs are being conveyed/met; including managing the product backlog

  • Oversee the product P&L to hit revenue, EBITDA, and/or other targets against budget

  • Run Product Management function for AI Center of Excellence managing and prioritizing AI use case needs coming from various Business Units and Functional Units within the organization.Â

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 plus years of experience as an Associate Product Manager or similar role

  • 3 years experience in people management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in product lifecycle management

  • Familiarity with Agile framework

  • Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira

  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data.

  • Working knowledge of product data systems and fulfillment operations.

  • Working knowledge with General Purpose AI Tools like CoPilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and their usage for Product Management.Â

  • Versed in lean/agile methodologies that maximize the flow of value

  • Product management experience with a Center of Excellence Team, preferred.

  • Expertise in working with a multi-disciplinary team on customer-focused products and services that deliver valuable outcomes.

  • Significant Payment industry knowledge and expertise within B2B Payments & Payment Processing are essential.

  • Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholders.

  • Practices lean agile and design thinking principles led/facilitated workshops to cultivate the ideation.

  • Ability to leverage data to make decisions about product features/attributes/components

  • Excellent at leading change and inspiring others to change behaviors

  • A strong influencer in continuous learning and innovation culture. Keen ability to assess product design quality, creativity, and innovation.

  • Strong communication, decision making, relationship-building skills.

  • Self-starter, leadership skills, data analysis, product lifecycle mgmt, process improvement, project management.

Additional Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $140,000.00 - $165,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
