    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor"s degree or equivalent practical experience.

    • 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.

    • 5 years of experience as a Product Manager for digital Ads measurement, quality, ranking, or personalization products.

    • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Master"s degree in a technology or business related field.

    • 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.

    • 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.

    • Excellent communication and product storytelling skills.

    • Strong leadership, investigative, product insight, technical and creative skills.

    • Entrepreneurial drive and passion for innovation.

    As the Senior Product Manager for App Connect measurement, you will be the architect of our measurement strategy for App Connect and App Campaigns opportunities driving growth for global advertisers. You will empower advertisers to see the incredible value of their app users, who deliver higher conversion rates compared to their mobile website counterparts. You will be a trusted advisor to Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) at the world"s most sophisticated advertisers, shaping the very future of how they navigate the ever-evolving landscape of cross-device and cross-platform marketing. This is a role for a true entrepreneur and innovator, leveraging Google"s AI to solve complex technical challenges and driving exponential growth for advertisers.

    Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We're made up of multiple teams, building Google's Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

    Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

    • Be the go-to expert for the entire web and app measurement problem space. Pioneer innovative strategies that harness the power of machine learning to unlock unprecedented performance for Google Ads.

    • Forge powerful alliances with internal and external partners. Collaborate to launch successful product features that not only perform but also transparently showcase Google"s value to our advertisers.

    • Inspire and guide a cross-functional team of engineers, UX designers, analysts, and sales leaders. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, ensuring that we build the right solutions for our customers.

    • Take full ownership of the product roadmap from conception to launch. Craft compelling product requirement documents (PRDs) and confidently lead executive reviews, ensuring your goal becomes a reality.
