Senior Product Management Support (Team Lead) (Warfighter Expeditionary Medicine and Treatment)

Position: Senior Financial Management Support

Location: Fort Detrick, MD

Work Environment: Hybrid / Telework Eligible (Routine and situational telework is authorized.)

Clearance Required: TIER 1: Non-critical sensitive position (Must be able to obtain and maintain)

Status: Contingent

Anticipated Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000

Knowesis is seeking a Senior Product Management Support (Team Lead) to direct business operations and acquisition strategies for the Warfighter Expeditionary Medicine and Treatment (WEMT) division. This leader is responsible for analyzing workflows, streamlining operations, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to advance medical capabilities for expeditionary forces.

The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead PMO activities, coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring adherence to DoD acquisition policies and procedures.
• Analyze and optimize business operations processes, implementing best practices and technology solutions to improve efficiency.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance within the division.
• Serve as the central point of contact for external requests for information (RFIs) and manage external engagement strategies.
• Develop and deliver presentations and reports to senior management regarding business operations and portfolio status.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of full-time work experience in business operations, process improvement, and project management.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Prior experience managing operations within a DoD medical acquisition program.
