Responsible for feasibility and requirements throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and client (employer group, agent, consultant) requirements, refining the product vision, assessing feasibility, identifying technical and operational roadblocks, providing solutions for implementation and troubleshooting. Serve as liaison between various HMSA and external business, operational and IT departments to ensure alignment between technical and non-technical teams.
