What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and NodeJS, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features that enhance customer engagement.
• Utilize TypeScript for building robust applications while adhering to best coding practices.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS and GCP, ensuring high availability and security.
• Conduct thorough testing using tools like Vitest, Jest, and Playwright to ensure quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to elevate overall code quality.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on mobile engineering.
• Proficiency in React, NodeJS, TypeScript, and cloud services such as AWS and GCP.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Vitest, Jest, and Playwright.
• Familiarity with React Native for mobile application development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their integration into applications.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in fast-paced development environments.
• Previous experience in the financial services or fintech industry.

Compensation and Benefits
