What You Will Do

• Lead the design process for user interfaces and experiences, ensuring a seamless interaction across platforms.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications using Figma to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into functional design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design improvements.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate design quality.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5+ years of experience in product design, specifically in UI/UX roles.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, with a strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Demonstrated ability to create user-centered designs that solve complex problems.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and methodologies.

Preferred

• Familiarity with agile development processes and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience in the AI or consumer technology sectors, with an understanding of user needs in these markets.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices in design.

Compensation and Benefits
