Senior Product Designer

Abstract's first design hire. You'll own the full design lifecycle - UX strategy, UI craftsmanship, design systems, and brand - with direct reporting to the CEO and real influence over the product direction.

What you'll do

• Lead discovery sessions, brainstorming, and ideation workshops
• Own the complete product design lifecycle from research through final UI
• Design and simplify enterprise SaaS workflows
• Build scalable design systems and brand guidelines
• Create marketing and sales collateral alongside product and engineering

What we're looking for

• 4+ years product design experience, including startup scale-up
• Proficiency across the full product design lifecycle
• Enterprise SaaS workflow redesign expertise
• Design systems experience
• Figma expertise plus familiarity with Adobe Suite and AI tools

Nice to have

• Legal tech, govtech, or policy industry background
• Founding or early designer startup experience
• Motion design and animation skills

Compensation

$110,000-$180,000 · Equity · 401(k) with 3.5% match
