Senior Product Designer
Abstract's first design hire. You'll own the full design lifecycle - UX strategy, UI craftsmanship, design systems, and brand - with direct reporting to the CEO and real influence over the product direction.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery sessions, brainstorming, and ideation workshops
- Own the complete product design lifecycle from research through final UI
- Design and simplify enterprise SaaS workflows
- Build scalable design systems and brand guidelines
- Create marketing and sales collateral alongside product and engineering
What we're looking for
- 4+ years product design experience, including startup scale-up
- Proficiency across the full product design lifecycle
- Enterprise SaaS workflow redesign expertise
- Design systems experience
- Figma expertise plus familiarity with Adobe Suite and AI tools
Nice to have
- Legal tech, govtech, or policy industry background
- Founding or early designer startup experience
- Motion design and animation skills
