Job Title: Senior Product Designer
Location: Denver, CO (Remote)
Contract Duration: 3.5 months with possible extension
Pay Range: $80.00/hr. to $85.56/hr. on W2
Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card only
 
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
Duties:
Halftone to provide design support to the Spectrum systems design team to support the following activities: Rollout & Adoption Support for:

• Sticker Sheet
• Directory
• Refactored Components & Design Tokens
• Track & document adoption metrics across users
• Creation of rollout training materials
• Live education sessions with users to inform on usage guidelines for the above
• Hands-on troubleshooting with users as-needed
• Create & maintain a living document of updates, decisions, and rationales throughout rollout so teams can track changes and understand context

 
New Website Design - Phase 2:

• Define visual look & feel for new website experience
• Define core functionality & interactions for new website experience
• Validate feasibility with engineering through the creation of usable Figma prototypes
• Documentation & handoff to development
• Design & launch support through eng phases

 
Skills:

• Deep knowledge of Design Systems and fluent in Figma.
