Responsibilities Facilitate the successful design and end-to-end delivery, from concept to deployment, of Artificial Intelligence- (AI-) driven content creation tools. Design user-friendly, visually compelling digital interfaces and interaction frameworks and guidelines that lower entry barriers for users, creating a seamless and intuitive user experience (UX). Research and analyze product performance metrics and user behavior data to uncover insights and translate findings into user-centered design solutions. Produce high-fidelity user interface (UI) design specifications, interaction models, and design documentation that enable accurate implementation of AI creation features. Develop and test prototypes, refining experiences based on user feedback and data to optimize functionality, engagement, and usability. Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product managers, researchers, engineers, and UX writers to align UI design strategy with system capabilities for the smooth execution of AI-powered creation features. Mentor junior-level UI/UX designers. Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Graphic Design, Web Design, Service Design, Human-Centered Design, Human- Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Graphic Design, Web Design, Service Design, Human-Centered Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Performing product refinement by designing and conducting usability research and consolidating results into actionable insights; Defining product requirements and optimizing product user experience (UX) by collecting user pain points, reviewing competitor analysis, and analyzing user needs; Using Figma throughout all stages of product design, including creating user flows, high-fidelity user interfaces, and interactive prototypes; and Facilitating design guidelines to improve product consistency and increase product brand awareness.
Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 20%.
