Our client offers a unique opportunity to help build an established organization with a "start-up" mindset.Job DescriptionHelp the business grow directly with ownership!Bridge gap between customer and supplier for design and production of new productsVendor management, managing technical specificationsDevelop new and existing product lines utilizing SolidWorks and AutoCADTake a customer concept, through design, production, and deliverySort through and clean up BOMs and associated budgetsDevelop standard work proceduresThe Successful Applicant6-10+ years of engineering experience, primarily with in Product/Design EngineeringEngineering Degree - Mechanical preferredStrong with 2D and 3D Modeling - AutoCAD and SolidWorks specificallyUnderstanding of complex Bills of Materials, experience updating and revising sub-assemblies, components, etcSome mix of experience working with metals, plastics, or rubber materials in design/mfgExposure to quality is a plusVendor management, specifically with suppliers in Asia a big plusOpen to significant growth and positive challenges associated with it - wear lots of hats as the team grows!SOPs and Standard Work developmentExperience corresponding directly with key customer points of contact as a technical liaisonA driven, growth mindset - willingness to wear a lot of hats and help a team and organization growWhat's On OfferSalary up to $130,000 depending on years of experience and interviewsClear path to growth/professional developmentBCBS Medical coverage401k matchFlexible PTOPaid HolidaysMore!
