If you are too, lets talk.The Finance Technology Team The Finance Technology team within Oktas Technology, Data & Intelligence (TDI) organization is dedicated to designing, optimizing, and maintaining the systems that power our core financial operations. Our Order-to-Cash practice sits at the center of Oktas revenue engine, managing everything from order management and billing to collections, revenue recognition, and GL posting. We are actively investing in AI-powered initiatives and process improvements that directly impact Oktas cash flow and revenue performance. The Senior Product Analyst Opportunity This role will serve as the primary functional expert for Oktas end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes within NetSuite. You will own the configuration, optimization, and integration of our core O2C systems - spanning Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora RevPro, Celigo, Avalara, and AWS - while collaborating closely with Finance, Billing, Collections, and development teams to drive scalable solutions. This is a senior, highly accountable role for someone who is proactive, eager to take ownership, and excited to lead AI-driven initiatives that improve efficiency and cash flow. What you'll be doing Functional Ownership: Serve as the primary functional expert for NetSuite Order-to-Cash modules, including Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections, owning configuration, maintenance, and optimization across all O2C workflows Requirements & Discovery: Lead discovery sessions to gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements from global Billing, Collections, and Order Management teams, translating them into robust functional specifications and scalable NetSuite solutions Integration & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex data flow and integration errors across Salesforce to NetSuite and NetSuite to RevPro and other peripheral applications, ensuring the accuracy of order, billing, and revenue data Collections & Dunning: Drive improvements to dunning and collections processes, including the configuration and optimization of Collection Management workflows that support Oktas cash flow and revenue goals Financial Close & Compliance: Support NetSuite financial close and reconciliation activities, ensuring accurate and timely month-end processes for AR, revenue, billing, and deferred revenue recognition, while maintaining compliance with SOX, SOC, and ASC 606 requirements Reporting & Analytics: Utilize SuiteAnalytics, Workbooks, and RevPro Analytics to create dashboards and actionable insights for revenue visibility, billing performance, collections aging, and close metrics AI & Innovation: Drive and champion AI-powered initiatives, leveraging GenAI, Agentic AI tools, and AWS to automate manual reconciliation, detect anomalies, streamline exception handling, and drive broader productivity improvements across the team What you'll bring to the role 5+ years of dedicated experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in NetSuite Order-to-Cash functions across multiple modules Hands-on NetSuite configuration experience across Order to Cash, SuiteFlow, SavedSearch, and Report building Proven ability to collaborate with development teams and stakeholders, taking full ownership of deliverables and driving projects end to end with a proactive, self-starter mentality Experience integrating O2C processes with third-party systems such as Salesforce CRM/CPQ, Celigo, Zuora RevPro, Avalara, and data warehouse platforms Strong understanding of financial close, reconciliation, and compliance standards including SOX controls, ASC 606, and audit documentation requirements Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in exploring and applying AI tools to improve processes, with the ability to mentor and upskill team members while building business value through innovation Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent years of industry experience And extra credit if you have experience in any of the following! Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
