At Disney, we're storytellers. We make the impossible, possible. The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) is a world-class entertainment and technological leader. Walt's passion was to continuously envision new ways to move audiences around the world—a passion that remains our touchstone in an enterprise that stretches from theme parks, resorts and a cruise line to sports, news, movies and a variety of other businesses. Uniting each endeavor is a commitment to creating and delivering unforgettable experiences—and we're constantly looking for new ways to enhance these exciting experiences.
The Enterprise Technology mission is to deliver technology solutions that align to business strategies while enabling enterprise efficiency and promoting cross-company collaborative innovation. Our group drives competitive advantage by enhancing our consumer experiences, enabling business growth, and advancing operational excellence.
As a part of the Product & Agile Coach, you will play a hands-on coaching and change leadership role in guiding teams through the transition from a project-based delivery model to a product-centric delivery model. You will work directly with product teams and leaders to help them adopt new mindsets, methods, and behaviors required to operate successfully in a product model.
This role focuses on coaching teams where they are, apply product principles in real delivery scenarios, and build confidence in new ways of working. You will be a visible change agent, supporting teams as they experiment, learn, and steadily mature their product practices. This role is ideal for someone who is a strong team coach and has experienced the project to product delivery model transformation.
You will partner closely with Product Managers, Agile Coaches, Engineering leaders, and Enterprise Architecture to reinforce aligned ways of working, remove friction, and accelerate adoption of the Product Operating Model across Enterprise Technology and Data.
