    As a senior producer of executive media, you'll champion creative ideation within the fast-paced executive administration team. You'll also foster long-term professional growth among team members and uphold high standards of work.

    To support the executive administration team, you'll :

    • Communicate effectively with supervisors and cross-functional departments on institutional initiatives
    • Oversee and manage all team tasks and project pipelines in ClickUp to ensure organization and on-time completion
    • Produce, shoot, and capture high-quality video and photo assets using DSLR cameras, mobile devices, and professional studio or field lighting setups
    • Implement flawless copywriting and content publishing (e.g., creating captions, reviewing closed captions, and managing social media uploads)
    • Maintain a high standard for quality control through thorough reviews of all in-feed assets prior to director submission to ensure zero errors

    As a senior producer, you'll:

    • Manage community engagement by monitoring comments and conducting outreach in the designated voice on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
    • Lead and collaborate on end-to-end shoot preparations (e.g., prop staging, location scouting, video shoots, prop setup, communication, event space reservations, student vetting, and preparation)
    • Contribute to weekly brainstorm and ideation sessions for social media posts
    • Support the team during the director's travels, cover all responsibilities, and address issues that arise

    Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

    • An ability to develop creative solutions for growth, audience engagement, and brand storytelling
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to write and produce in an authentic voice
    • A desire to explore emerging technologies and trends

    Minimum qualifications:

    • B.A. in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field
    • At least five years of experience in social media production, digital marketing, or producing
    • At least one year of experience managing or mentoring direct reports
    • Experience delivering on-time creative work across multiple media forms (i.e., photo, video, web, social, editorial, and event-based content)
    • Fluency in short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

    Travel required:

    • More than 50%

    Work hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
