Role Overview Managing and developing category teams, shaping and delivering strategic plans that achieve key outcomes. Builds strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders. Oversees end‑to‑end execution of workstreams, guiding teams to deliver initiatives on time, to expectation, and aligned with organisational goals.

Youll be responsible for:

• Directing category management, providing clear strategic direction and driving high‑performing teams.
• Building strong internal and external relationships, influencing senior stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Embedding robust processes, delivering value through performance, commercial excellence and due diligence.
• Delivering plans through others, ensuring capability, coaching, and commitment to net zero carbon ambitions.

Youll need to have:

• Microsoft Office Tools.
• Negotiation Skills.
• Commercial Acumen.
• GCSE (or equivalent).

The estimated salary for this position is $130,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
