    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The Sr. Fixed Equipment Procurement Manager will lead North American category strategy and strategic

    sourcing for high-value fixed equipment, parts, and related engineering services supporting Amrize Aggregates & Construction Materials operations. The role will transform fixed-equipment procurement from transactional buying to enterprise lifecycle management by leveraging Amrize scale, standardizing specifications and preferred technologies, strengthening OEM relationships, deploying should-cost and total-cost-of-ownership models, and improving repair/rebuild/replace decisions. The position partners closely withOperations, Engineering, Maintenance & Reliability, CAPEX, Finance, Legal, HSE, and regional procurement teams to reduce cost per ton, improve uptime and reliability, manage supply risk, and deliver measurable ASPIRE savings and EBITDA improvement across the U.S. and Canada.

    WHAT YOULL ACCOMPLISH

    • Develop and execute enterprise category strategies for fixed equipment, parts, and selected engineering

    services, translating forward CAPEX and major-maintenance demand into sourcing plans and

    measurable value.

    • Aggregate demand across regions and negotiate strategic OEM, manufacturer-direct, parts, and service

    agreements that improve price, commercial terms, lead times, warranties, availability, and supplier

    accountability.

    • Standardize equipment specifications, preferred technologies, common parts/SKUs, and sourcing

    channels to reduce complexity, inventory, distributor markups, and lifecycle cost.

    • Lead competitive RFx events, technical-commercial bid evaluations, negotiations, contracting, and

    supplier selection for major fixed-equipment purchases and replacement programs.

    • Deploy total-cost-of-ownership, should-cost, value-engineering, and repair/rebuild/replace models that

    balance acquisition cost with reliability, downtime, energy consumption, maintainability, and useful life.

    • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance & Reliability, and CAPEX teams to ensure equipment

    is fit for purpose and sourcing decisions improve throughput, uptime, asset utilization, and cost per ton.

    • Build and manage strategic supplier performance programs using KPIs, scorecards, business reviews,

    quality/service metrics, and corrective actions; develop qualified domestic and global alternatives to

    reduce supply risk.

    • Maintain a transparent pipeline of validated savings, cost avoidance, working-capital opportunities, and

    EBITDA impact; provide executive-level reporting on category performance, risks, and sourcing priorities.

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    Education: Bachelors degree or years of equivalent experience

    Additional Education Preferred: Masters degree

    Field of Study Preferred:Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Mining, or a related discipline

    Required Work Experience:8-12+ years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, capital equipment,engineering procurement, or heavy-industrial experience. Strong preference for experience in aggregates,mining, quarrying, cement, construction materials, or comparable process/manufacturing industries.

    Demonstrated experience sourcing fixed/process equipment and managing complex CAPEX or lifecycle

    categories across multiple sites is required.Required Training/Certifications: Valid drivers license required. CPSM, CSCP, CPM, PMP, professional engineering credential, or equivalent procurement/project certification preferred but not required.

    Required Technical Skills: Advanced strategic sourcing, RFx, negotiation, contract management, supplier

    performance management, spend analytics, TCO/should-cost modeling, and technical-commercial bid

    evaluation. Working knowledge of crushing, screening, conveying, material handling, pumps, motors,

    bearings, wear parts, and aggregate plant maintenance/reliability concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft

    365/Excel and enterprise procurement/ERP systems such as SAP, Coupa, Jaggaer, Oracle, or similar. Ability

    to interpret equipment specifications, drawings, bills of material, proposals, and cost models; AggFlow or

    comparable plant-modeling exposure is a plus.

    Additional Requirements:

    Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
