Salary: $90,000-$120,000

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Process Analyst – Billing & Collections to help strengthen, standardize, and scale billing and collections operations within a growing law firm environment.

This is not a traditional billing role. The Senior Process Analyst will work closely with Billing & Collections leadership to evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, develop SOPs, map end-to-end workflows, establish KPIs, and drive process improvements across the department.

Key Responsibilities(Senior Process Analyst):

• 
  
• Lead process improvement initiatives across the full billing and collections lifecycle, including time entry, prebills, invoicing, appeals, collections, and cash application.
• 
  
• Evaluate current workflows and identify inefficiencies, control gaps, rework, and opportunities for automation or standardization.
• 
  
• Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for billing and collections.
• 
  
• Create end-to-end process maps, job aids, training materials, and reference guides.
• 
  

Qualifications(Senior Process Analyst):

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 
  
• 5–8+ years of experience in process improvement, operations analysis, billing operations, or a related area within a law firm or comparable professional services environment.
