    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Senior Pricing Analyst to support the development and management of pricing strategies across our portfolio of financing products, including loans and leases. This role will be responsible for evaluating the financial impact of changes in benchmark interest rates, customer risk profiles, competitive market conditions, and product characteristics to ensure profitable and competitive pricing.

     

    The Senior Pricing Analyst combines strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable pricing recommendations that support profitability, growth, and risk management objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    Pricing Strategy & Analysis

    • Develop, maintain, and enhance pricing models for lease and loan products.
    • Analyze the impact of changes in borrowing costs, benchmark interest rates (SOFR, Treasury yields, etc.), liquidity costs, and capital requirements on product pricing and profitability.
    • Evaluate pricing recommendations across customer segments, industries, credit tiers, and financing products.
    • Support rate-setting decisions by assessing spreads, margins, risk-adjusted returns, and competitive positioning.
    • Conduct profitability analyses on existing and proposed financing products.

    Financial Modeling & Forecasting

    • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate the impact of funding cost changes, economic conditions, and pricing scenarios.
    • Perform sensitivity analyses and stress testing to understand pricing outcomes under various interest rate and market environments.
    • Analyze portfolio performance and identify opportunities to optimize pricing and profitability.
    • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives by providing pricing-related analyses.

    Product & Customer Analysis

    • Assess financial performance across lease products, loan products, customer segments, industries, and distribution channels.
    • Partner with Sales, Credit, Treasury and Operations teams to develop pricing approaches that balance growth, risk, and profitability.
    • Analyze customer behavior, win/loss trends, and pricing elasticity to improve pricing effectiveness.
    • Monitor product-level returns and recommend pricing adjustments where necessary.

    Market Intelligence

    • Monitor market interest rates, competitive pricing trends, and economic conditions.
    • Research industry benchmarks and market practices to support pricing strategy development.
    • Evaluate the impact of regulatory, accounting, or market changes on product pricing and profitability.

    Reporting & Decision Support

    • Prepare pricing recommendations, business cases, and executive presentations.
    • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor pricing performance, margin trends, and portfolio profitability.
    • Present findings and recommendations to management and business stakeholders.
    • Support governance processes related to pricing approvals and pricing policy compliance.
    Minimum Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of data analysis, data modeling, or pricing analysis experience
    • At least 1 years of lead experience

    OR

    • Master's degree and at least 3 years of data analysis, data modeling, or pricing analysis experience
    • At least 1 years of lead experience

    OR

    • At least 8 years of data analysis, data modeling, or pricing analysis experience
    • At least 1 years of lead experience
    Additional Requirements:
    • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.     Desired Skills:
    • Experience in commercial finance, equipment finance, banking, leasing, consumer lending, or specialty finance.
    • Knowledge of loan and lease economics, yield analysis, net interest margin, and risk-adjusted profitability metrics.
    • Experience analyzing interest rate impacts and funding cost drivers.
    • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or other analytical tools.
    • Understanding of credit risk, portfolio management, and pricing governance processes.
    • MBA, CFA, FRM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
