AsaSeniorPricingAnalystwithinourFirstMilePricingteam,youwillmodelandpriceopportunitiesacrossourFirstMileLandsideProductportfoliowhilehelpingthefunctioncontinueitsevolutionfromtransactionalpricingsupporttoastrategicbusinesspartner.

You will combinehands-onpricingexpertisewithfunctionalleadershipbyservingasanescalationpointforcomplexrequests,supportingpricinggovernance,contributingtoteamdevelopment,andrepresentingfrontlinepricingperspectivesindiscussionswithregionalandglobalstakeholders.

Inthisrole,youwillhavetheopportunityto:

• HelpshapethecontinueddevelopmentofFirstMilePricingasastrategicandinfluentialfunction.
• Contributetopricingtools,automationinitiatives,processimprovements,andsystemenhancements.
• BuildpartnershipsacrossProduct,Procurement,BusinessDevelopment,Delivery,Finance,andglobalpricingteams.
• Developyourfunctionalleadershipcapabilitiesthroughescalationsupport,training,onboarding,andstakeholderengagement.

Keyresponsibilities

• ModeltransportationcostsanddeveloppricingforFirstMileopportunities,tenders,andstrategicinitiatives.
• Provideinitialguidanceandescalationsupportforanalystshandlingcomplexpricingrequests.
• Analyzecompetitivepricing,profitability,marginperformance,andthebusinessimpactofpricingdecisions.
• SupportcustomerprofitabilityactionsandperformfinancialanalysisrelatedtoCM1,grossprofit,EBIT,andP&Lperformance.
• Developandimprovepricingprocesses,models,frameworks,tools,contractingpolicies,andquotinggovernance.
• CoordinatewithCEN,IPMs,Operations,andotherstakeholdersonopportunityrequirements,prioritization,testing,feedback,waivers,andsystemenhancements.
• Supporttraining,onboarding,andthecontinueddevelopmentofpricingresourceswhilehelpingensureconsistentpricingpractices.

Whowearelookingfor

Werecognizethatexperiencecomesinmanyforms.Ifyoudonotmeeteveryqualification,westillencourageyoutoapply.

• Atleast 5 yearsofexperienceinpricing,finance,oracloselyrelatedarea.
• Abilitytodataandsoundjudgmenttocomplexbusinessandpricingchallenges.
• UnderstandingofP&Lstatements,profitabilitymeasures,andthecostcomponentsassociatedwithlogisticsanddrayage.
• Abilitytocommunicatecomplexpricingtopicsclearlyandcollaborateeffectivelyacrossfunctions,organizationallevels,andgeographies.
• Abilitytoworkindependently,followthroughoncommitments,andnavigatechangingprioritiesandambiguity.
• Familiaritywithlegalcontracttermsandtheirpotentialimpactonpricingmodels.
• Aninterestincontributingtoacollaborative,fast-movingenvironmentandimprovingthefutureofpricing.

Salary: $87,000 - $115,000 USD*

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.
