    Summary: 

    As the Senior Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for constructing RFQs, maintaining customer billing rules and providing customer service regarding shipments and shipment accuracy to both internal and external customers.  

     

    What You'll Do:

    • Manually construct RFQs, accessorial rules and/or tariffs using customer contracts and bid documents
    • Read customer rule sets and contracts to apply priority of rates accurately
    • Read and understand customer contracts, bill of lading and billing descriptions regarding accessorial charges and other relevant rating information
    • Collaborate with customers and internal operations to resolve issues
    • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years of logistics, transportation, or similar work experience
    • Experience working with licensed or proprietary software
    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
    • 3+ years of experience using Excel formulas, such as sum, v-lookup, sumifs, index and match
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
