MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Pricing Analyst to support our team.

The Senior Pricing Analyst will provide senior-level cost proposal preparation primarily in support of competitive Government procurements.

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Review and interpret Government and Prime Contractor RFPs for cost/price volume requirements to ensure full compliance.
  • Perform fact-finding with cross-functional proposal teams to account for all attributable cost elements within the pricing solution.
  • Build pricing solutions using technical bases of estimates (BOEs) and incorporate appropriate cost information in accordance with forward pricing rate agreements and best practices.
  • Develop and present comprehensive price strategy decision decks to leadership and stakeholders for review and approval.
  • Develop cost/price volumes outlining the organizational estimating process, methodologies, and cost element rationales.
  • Review cost/price volumes to ensure adherence to RFP requirements, organizational estimating systems, and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
  • Manage priorities efficiently across several simultaneous proposal activities to meet strict deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Strong working knowledge of supporting cost/price proposals, evaluating RFPs, and developing cost/price models and narratives.
  • Experience summarizing strategic financials position and supporting conducting strategic pricing discussions with executive leadership.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with program personnel, Contracts, Subcontracts, and Procurement functions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a quick and efficient manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience preparing senior-level cost proposals in support of $50M+ competitive Government procurements.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Proven capability in incorporating forward pricing rate agreements/recommendations (FPRAs/FPRRs) into cost volumes.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex estimating systems and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements.

Clearance Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $80,300.00-$133,700.00.
