    Job Description

    Our client is seeking a Senior Attorney Insurance Pre-Litigation to join their growing team. The role involves managing a high-volume docket of first-party property insurance cases in pre-litigation (no trials).

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Handling first-party property damage disputes against insurance companies
    • Managing a high-volume docket through early-stage resolution and negotiation
    • Reviewing insurance policies, damage reports, and claim documentation
    • Drafting demands and handling correspondence with carriers
    • Communicating regularly with clients to keep them informed and empowered
    • Working collaboratively with the support team to resolve claims quickly and effectively
    • No cold business developmentqualified leads are provided through inbound traffic

    Qualifications

    • Active license to practice law in Texas (required)
    • 7+ years of experience in plaintiff or defense-side property damage insurance claims
    • Strong knowledge of property damage claims and first-party coverage issues
    • Ability to manage a large docket with attention to detail and efficiency
    • Comfortable with legal technology and modern case management systems
    • Excellent negotiation, writing, and client communication skills
