Role Scope
- Advanced electrical diagnosis and drivability problem-solving
- Transmission diagnosis, repair, and replacement
- Engine diagnostics and major mechanical work
- High-complexity repairs others may decline
- General A-Level automotive repair as needed
Schedule & Compensation
- Compensation: $45–$55/hour, paid weekly
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (no weekends)
- PTO: 80 hours + Sick Time: 72 hours paid
- Holidays: 6 paid holidays
- Health: Employer covers 50% of health insurance
- Training: Shop-paid ASE tests and certifications
- Bonus: Signing/retention bonus up to $5,000
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and electrical capabilities
- A-Level/Master-level mechanical proficiency
- Transmission background strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license and personal professional tools
- ASE certifications preferred; demonstrated skill is paramount
