    Jefferson is seeking a Senior Engineer to support a federal agency.

    This role in contingent upon successful award of proposal.

    This role will be Hybrid. The primary place of performance for this contract will be the U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters, located at the St. Elizabeths Campus at 2703 Martin Luther King JR Ave SE, Washington, DC, 20593-7800. Due to potential space limitations at the primary facility, off-site remote work may be authorized as necessary, subject to the review and express written approval of the COR. All off-site work must comply with established security protocols and data handling requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the lead technical authority for all Power Platform development.

    • Oversee end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise-scale applications.

    • Establish governance frameworks and best practices for Power Platform

    development.

    • Lead the design of applications and automations to ensure security, scalability,

    and alignment with strategic business transition objectives.

    • Provide technical leadership in solution architecture, enterprise application

    development, and systems integration.

    • Ensure solutions are designed and deployed to meet client requirements and

    objectives.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS), with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant

    experience, OR

    • Master's degree (MA/MS), with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant

    experience, OR

    • Relevant expert-level technical certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power

    Platform Solution Architect Expert) and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant

    experience may be substituted for a formal degree.

    • Relevant experience includes solution architecture, enterprise application

    development, technical leadership, and systems integration.

    • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in direct support of Government

    Agencies, with proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale

    solutions. Experience with the USCG or DHS is preferred.

    • Microsoft Certified: Legacy Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)

    certification or an active AB-100 required.

    Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

    Relevant scope area:

    Design, develop, implement, and maintain custom business applications using

    enterprise solutions such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power

    Automate, Power BI).

    • Gather requirements, design application architecture, develop prototypes, and

    obtain user feedback.

    • Build, test, and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI

    dashboards.

    • Integrate Power Platform solutions with existing systems and data sources.

    • Provide user training, guides, and ongoing support.

    • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions.

    • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security requirements.

    • Provide regular status updates and performance reports on Power Platform

    initiatives.
