Manage solution packaging, managed/unmanaged solution standards, dependencies, environment variables, connection references, and deployment configurations.
Implement source control, versioning, automated validation and testing, release approvals, rollback, migration, and change-management practices.
Copilot Studio & Agent Governance
Administer Copilot Studio and agent development, testing, promotion, publication, sharing, and retirement across approved enterprise channels.
Govern agent tools and toolkits, knowledge sources, topics, actions, APIs, connectors, and flows; validate authentication, permissions, and least-privilege data access.
Monitor agent performance, failures, usage, and capacity; partner with AI Governance and Security on responsible AI, data protection, auditing, and lifecycle controls.
Engineering, Automation & Enablement
Review Canvas and model-driven apps, cloud flows, and integrations for security, scalability, supportability, and performance; develop reusable patterns and components.
Automate administration, compliance checks, ownership changes, and cleanup using PowerShell, Client CLI, Power Platform APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Azure DevOps.
Maintain logging, alerts, and dashboards; forecast Dataverse database, file, and log capacity and licensing needs, including premium connectors and AI consumption.
Mentor makers, developers, and support teams; document standards and provide architecture guidance for integrations with enterprise systems, REST APIs, and Azure services.
Required Qualifications
7+ years in enterprise technology, application/cloud engineering, or platform administration, including 4+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience.
Strong enterprise administration experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Platform Admin Center, environments, DLP, and connector governance.
Demonstrated ALM delivery across Development, Test/UAT, and Production using solutions, Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or equivalent CI/CD tools.
Working knowledge of Copilot Studio and enterprise agents; hands-on PowerShell, Client CLI, REST API, custom connector, and enterprise integration experience.
Strong understanding of Entra ID, authentication, authorization, service principals, and enterprise security; ability to troubleshoot across application, identity, data, and connectivity layers.
Strong technical documentation, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
