Job Title:  Senior Power Platform Developer, Dynamics 365 CRM
Location: Midwest, United States
Company:  Boldt Group
Anticipated Salary Range: $95,000 -$125,000

At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.

This isn’t a maintenance role, this is a build, transform, and lead role inside a company pushing the limits of Microsoft Power Platform. At Boldt, you’ll own a complex, enterprise Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem and help rebuild it into something scalable, modern, and powerful shaping the roadmap rather than following one.

As a Senior Power Platform Developer / Dynamics 365 Developer, you’ll design and deliver solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and CRM integrations, solving real-world complexity in an employee-owned organization with early access to Microsoft releases, working within an advanced environment leveraging AI, Copilot, and Databricks, with the opportunity to own and rebuild an enterprise platform with direct business impact.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000 -$125,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) including model-driven Power Apps, Dataverse, entities, workflows, and scalable solution design
  • Strong experience with integrations and architecture (APIs, Power Automate, Logic Apps, or enterprise system integrations)
  • Proven ability to manage deployments and environments (Dev/Test/Prod, Azure DevOps, version control, and release pipelines)
  • A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company,

Nice to Have

  • Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certification is a strong plus.
  • Experience with CRM data migration and working with integration tools or APIs to connect Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems (ERP, etc.) is preferred.
  • Experience migrating from a third-party CRM solution (such as AEC360) to native Dynamics 365
    is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Power BI for CRM reporting and analytics, along with exposure to Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and AI-assisted development practices is preferred.
