What Youll Do:• Oversee daily farm operations: breeding, feeding, flock health• Ensure compliance with biosecurity, animal welfare, and quality standards• Lead, mentor, and develop farm and department managers• Manage budgets, inventory, and resource allocation• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to hit business goals
