Multiple Levels Available | Owner's Representative Experience a Plus

A well-established Dallas-based real estate development and investment organization is expanding its project team and is looking for experienced construction professionals at the Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager levels.

This is an opportunity to work on high-profile, complex development projects across markets that include multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, entertainment, and commercial real estate.

The organization has a long track record of transforming large-scale properties and developments throughout the Dallas market and has been involved with prominent hospitality, multifamily, entertainment, and mixed-use developments. Its portfolio includes projects ranging from major apartment developments to large hospitality and entertainment destinations.

The Opportunity

Depending on experience, the individual may be responsible for:

• Managing projects from preconstruction through completion
• Coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and ownership
• Managing project schedules, budgets, contracts, and procurement
• Reviewing plans, specifications, scopes, and construction documents
• Monitoring project progress and resolving issues in the field
• Managing project meetings and stakeholder communication
• Supporting entitlement, design, estimating, and preconstruction activities
• Representing ownership throughout the construction process
• Working directly with senior leadership and development teams

Ideal Background

We're interested in candidates with experience in:

• Commercial construction
• Multifamily
• Hospitality / hotel
• Mixed-use development
• Large-scale renovation or ground-up construction
• Owner's representative/project management
• General contracting
• Development/construction management

Owner's representative experience is particularly valuable, but strong PMs coming from a commercial general contractor will also be considered.

Compensation

Estimated Market Range:

• Assistant Project Manager: $85,000–$105,000
• Project Manager: $110,000–$140,000
• Senior Project Manager: $135,000–$170,000+

Final compensation will depend on project experience, size/complexity of projects managed, and level of responsibility. Current Dallas compensation data supports six-figure compensation for experienced construction PM/Sr. PM professionals, with specialized senior roles extending well above the median.
