Job description:


We are looking for an experienced Senior Plumbing Technician / Sales Representative with 5–10+ years of plumbing experience. This position combines advanced plumbing skills with customer service and sales. The Senior Technician will be responsible for more advanced service calls, complex plumbing issues, and jobs that require a higher level of experience, troubleshooting, and technical knowledge.


Pay


$25/appointment + commission


Responsibilities


  • Respond to residential plumbing service appointments
  • Diagnose and repair complex plumbing problems
  • Run sewer and drain cameras and perform inspections
  • Recommend repair and replacement solutions
  • Prepare estimates and confidently close plumbing jobs
  • Explain technical issues and options clearly to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist Junior Technicians and other team members when needed
Qualifications


  • 5–10+ years of plumbing experience
  • Strong residential plumbing and diagnostic skills
  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Ability to confidently present solutions and close jobs
  • Experience with sewer/drain cameras preferred
  • Comfortable working directly with homeowners
  • Valid driver's license
  • Professional and dependable
We are looking for an experienced plumber who can do more than just complete the repair. You should be able to diagnose the problem, determine the best solution, explain it to the customer, and close the work. This role is best suited for a technician who is confident handling complex repairs, difficult service calls, and jobs that require strong independent troubleshooting skills.
