    Responsibilities include:

    • Project buyouts and procurement coordination
    • Scheduling and material tracking
    • Managing awarded projects through completion
    • Coordinating with field teams, vendors, and subcontractors
    • Supporting public-sector and prevailing wage projects

    • 5–7+ years of plumbing/mechanical estimating experience
    • Background in industrial plumbing, process piping, or mechanical construction
    • Strong understanding of construction operations beyond just estimating

    • Familiarity with public-sector or prevailing wage projects

    Software Experience

Experience with some or all of the following is preferred:

    • Trimble estimating platforms
    • BlueBeam
    • Revit
    • Construction coordination software

    Ideal Background

    • Former plumber or hands-on field experience strongly preferred
    • Plumbing license is a plus, but not required
    • Local New England market knowledge is highly valued

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary commensurate with experience
    • Profit sharing program
    • 90% employer-paid health insurance
    • PTO negotiable based on experience
    • Stable daytime schedule
    • Limited hybrid flexibility available

    Why This Opportunity?

    • A longstanding company backed by decades of industry experience
    • Interesting, technical projects — no repetitive “cookie-cutter” work
    • Tight-knit team environment
    • Direct access to leadership and decision makers
    • Long-term career opportunity with a respected contractor

If you’re an experienced estimator who understands both the office and field side of mechanical construction, this could be an excellent long-term fit.
