Description

Kforce has a client in Morgan Hill, CA that is seeking a Senior PLM Platform Data & Integrations Manager. Overview This role focuses on PLM platforms, data governance, and system integrations, helping drive the transition from legacy environments to a modern, scalable PLM ecosystem. The position partners closely with technology and business leaders to execute strategic roadmap priorities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute PLM modernization and platform transformation initiatives
  • Support consolidation and simplification of legacy PLM environments
  • Ensure PLM solutions align with Product Development, Quality, and Supply Chain processes
  • Define and track key performance metrics, objectives, and outcomes
Establish and operationalize a scalable PLM data foundation Develop data governance standards, business rules, and data dictionaries Lead data quality and cleansing initiatives to improve integrity and usability Define and maintain product and BOM data models Implement controls and governance to ensure trusted PLM data Enable AI and analytics capabilities through governed, high-quality data Deliver automation solutions, including AI-driven content generation and workflow improvements Support AI-powered user enablement and training capabilities Ensure AI solutions are secure, compliant, and explainable Evaluate and implement emerging PLM, CAD, and engineering technologies Lead pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives, including advanced data and computer vision use cases Support development of scalable BOM management and integration capabilities Drive standardization of engineering workflows and best practices Lead and develop a global team focused on PLM platforms, data, and integrations Establish delivery plans, priorities, and performance expectations Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in PLM, product data management, or lifecycle management
  • 5+ years leading technical or cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in PLM platforms, data governance, data quality, and modernization initiatives
Preferred:
  • Experience within product-driven or engineering-focused organizations
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics solutions
  • Experience leading global or distributed teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
