Job Description Summary
The Senior Planner provides integrated project planning leadership across the full project lifecycle for nuclear power projects. The role develops the project''s planning framework - WBS, execution strategies, milestone logic, progress measurement systems, and integrated baselines - ensuring that scope, schedule, cost, and resources are planned coherently and that the project can measure, forecast, and control performance from contract award through to handover.

Desired Characteristics
Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and planning/reporting toolsets (Power BI, Excel at advanced level); familiarity with EcoSys, PRISM, or similar cost/planning systems is an asset.
Strong knowledge of EVM, progress measurement methodologies, and ANSI/EIA-748 guidelines.
Experience developing planning frameworks from first principles on large, multi-contract EPC programs
One or more of the following certifications is preferred:
AACE International PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional) or CCP ( Certified Cost Professional)
PMI-SP or PMP
APM PMQ/PPQ or equivalent chartered project management credential
Strategic, big-picture planning mindset combined with attention to baseline detail and data quality.
Strong facilitation skills to lead multi-disciplinary planning workshops.
Clear, concise written and verbal communication for executive and regulatory audiences.
Collaborative leadership; ability to influence without direct authority across engineering, procurement, and construction.
Resilience and structured problem-solving in a high-scrutiny nuclear project environment.
Planning framework: WBS, procedures, and measurement systems established and approved within project mobilization targets.
Baseline integrity: integrated baseline maintained with all changes processed through change control.
Progress data quality: progress measurement accuracy validated through periodic audits.
Forecast reliability: EAC and completion forecasts within agreed tolerance versus actual outcomes.
Stakeholder satisfaction: planning deliverables rated as decision-ready by project leadership.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $100,000.00 and $166,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
