Performs at a senior level in leading, developing, coordinating and monitoring activities related to the recruitment, retention, workforce planning, forecasting, and onboarding of physician, faculty and provider positions in accordance with the values, goals, and objectives of the organization within Federal and State Regulatory guidelines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field AND two (2) years of professional Human Resources, Physician Recruitment, sales or marketing experience.
OR Bachelor's degree AND four (4) years of professional Human Resources, Physician Recruitment, sales or marketing experience.
Must have a valid driver's license
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
Fellow of Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (FASPR).
Certification as a Professional Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, Certified Strategic Work Force Planner (SWP), and/or Certified Employee Retention Profession (CERP).
EXPERIENCE:
Experience with an emphasis in recruitment, retention, and employment compliance such as Affirmative Action, Immigration, Stark Laws, etc.
Recent work experience in healthcare setting.

Facilitates Work Force Planning efforts and initiatives:
Performs at a senior level in directing the day to day responsibilities of the Physician Recruitment Coordinators in support of overall Physician /Provider Recruitment efforts and department goals.
Assists in the development, administration, and support of Physician/Provider Recruitment related HRIS and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) projects as applicable.

Additional Job Description:
Note: Well qualified applicants residing within the WVU Medicine service region and be able to travel as needed to assigned hospital locations are encouraged to apply . This position also involves regular regional and occasional national travel to support a high-touch, curated candidate interview experience; develop and maintain professional relationships; represent the organization at conferences; and engage in outreach with residency and fellowship programs.
A minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience in comprehensive physician recruitment-including sourcing, screening, onsite interviewing, and onboarding-is required. Equivalent experience in executive or C-suite recruitment may be considered.
Preferred certification: Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) or Certified Medical Staff Recruiter (CMSR).
