    About the Opportunity:

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented personal injury paralegal who is comfortable managing a high-volume caseload and handling matters from initial intake through settlement or litigation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manages approximately 50 personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including both pre-litigation and litigation.
    • Handles medical records, bills, treatment documentation, insurance claims, liens, policy limits, and demand packages.
    • Drafts and coordinates pleadings, discovery, motions, subpoenas, depositions, hearings, and other litigation documents.
    • Maintains case calendars, deadlines, files, and case-related communications while ensuring matters move forward efficiently.
    • Serves as a primary client contact, providing professional, responsive communication and coordinating with attorneys, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties.

    NOTE: Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents (Green Card holders) to be considered for this position.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of paralegal experience, with substantial personal injury experience.
    • Hands-on experience managing cases through both pre-litigation and litigation.
    • Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload, prioritize deadlines, and stay highly organized.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished presence.
    • Comfortable communicating directly with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with Florida civil procedure and e-filing.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
