Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience). 10+ years of experience implementing/supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM).

Client : Nassau County, NY
Rate : $70/hr on C2C

Required Skills & Experience :-

• 10+ years of experience implementing/supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM)
• Strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2
• Hands-on experience with PHIRE version control and JIRA ticketing systems
• 5+ years of experience in:
   
  • User Profiles
  • Roles & Permission Lists
  • Row-Level & Dynamic Security
  • Department Tree Security
  • Query Security
  • Process Group Security
  • PeopleTools Security
  • Application & Project Security
  • User Preferences
• Experience configuring and maintaining Time & Labor and Absence Management security
• Experience migrating projects and security objects across environments
• Good knowledge of Oracle 19c or later databases
• Excellent technical documentation and customer service skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
