They will partner with leadership to align people strategies with business goals, support organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning.
Responsibilities include managing employee relations, driving engagement initiatives, coaching on talent development, supporting change initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence.
Ideal candidates have 8+ years of HR experience, strong leadership influence, knowledge of employment law, and excellent communication skills. Experience in aerospace or high-growth tech is a plus.
Compensation ranges from $185,000 to $220,000, with benefits including unlimited PTO, holidays, 401(k), insurance, and equity options.
