Our unique technology enables the highest system performance in the most compact and cost-effective formats in a variety of applications.The Excelitas HIDL Systems Engineering team is seeking a Sr. PCB Designer for Analytical and High Voltage product development.The Excelitas HIDL Systems division designs and builds power conversion products and flash lighting products for custom requirements in the medical semiconductor industrial security inspection and research equipment markets. Our engineering projects range in scope from concept-through-production of new systems to minor modifications of existing products. This position will be reported directly to the Engineering Manager. QUALIFICATIONSBachelors degree or equivalent work experience requiredMinimum 5 years of experience in designing mixed signal through hole and SMT circuit boardsExperience using PADS design software preferredUnderstand and implement component IC application notes design and layout considerationsExperience designing circuit boards to meet high voltage and EMI requirementsProficient in providing support documentation necessary for contract vendors to fabricate and build circuit boards and assemblies.
