Senior Payroll Manager
Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 + 10–15% bonus + ESOP

What the Senior Payroll Manager Will Do
- The Senior Payroll Manager will lead and optimize end-to-end payroll across a complex, multi-state environment
- Ensure compliance with union agreements, prevailing wage, and certified payroll requirements
- Oversee payroll taxes, W-2s, filings, and reconciliations
- Drive payroll system and ERP conversion, integrating with accounting and job costing
- Partner with finance on labor costing, reporting, and process alignment
- The Senior Payroll Manager will build, mentor, and elevate the payroll team
- Serve as a key advisor to leadership on payroll strategy, compliance, and risk
What You Bring: Senior Payroll Manager
- 7+ years of progressive payroll experience with full-cycle ownership
- Deep expertise in multi-state, union payroll environments
