Purpose
The Senior Payroll Analyst role supports complex payroll processing, reporting, and tax compliance for EFCO's U.S. and Canadian operations, ensuring accuracy across payroll systems, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous process improvement.

Payroll Processing and Reconciliation (40%)
System Maintenance and Process Enhancements (25%)
Tax Compliance and Reporting Support (15%)
Reporting and Analytics (10%)
Audit Support and Documentation (10%)

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business required.
Experience:
4-6 years of payroll experience with multi-state and/or Canadian payrolls preferred.
Experience with tax filings and year-end processing required.
Certification(s) and License(s): CPP designation preferred or in progress.
Computer Skills: Strong Excel skills and familiarity with payroll systems required.
Other Requirements: Must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
