Senior Pastor

Church Description Independent Fundamental Baptist Church that believes that the King James Version of the Bible is the inspired Word of God and is preached from the pulpit and taught in classes throughout the church. We are a mission minded church that supports over 40 missionaries across the world. Our music program consists of a blend of traditional hymns and worship choruses.

We meet for:

• Sunday School at 9AM
• Sunday morning Worship at 10AM
• Sunday evening at 6PM
• Wednesday evening Bible study and youth services at 7PM
• AWANA meets Wednesday evenings at 6:45 PM

Our average Sunday morning attendance is around 70.

Job Requirements Full Time Candidates must be physically, mentally, and spiritually able to carry out the duties of the leadership and administration of the church in accordance with 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1. Candidates must have proven experience in preaching and teaching in the Word of God.

Preferred:

• A college degree from an accredited Bible college or seminary.

Job Description The Senior Pastor will:

• Preach each week on Sundays
• Lead a lesson on Wednesdays
• Meet with members of the church and community throughout the week
• Plan Bible studies
• Oversee the Financials
• Assist church council members in need
• Visit those unable to attend due to physical ailments

The Senior pastor will be compensated fairly with a total pay package starting at $57,000.00. Also included in the compensation is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house on the church grounds. The house has been recently renovated. An additional room in the basement level could be used as a 4th bedroom. The church itself sits on approximately 10 acres of land that is well kept by members of the church.
