Were seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager - GCP to join our US-based team, working remotely.
In this position, youll blend an entrepreneurial approach to sales with growth strategies driven by partnerships. Your main duty will involve carrying a quota and generating tangible revenue through acquiring new clients as well as opportunities sourced or influenced by partners. Youll establish and cultivate relationships with senior executives throughout the partner network, jointly create paths to market, and establish EPAM as a top-choice partner for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead the sales strategy and revenue planning for designated strategic partners
Own a personal quota that combines new-logo and partner-influenced revenue
Develop a sustainable pipeline via direct outreach and collaborative selling with partners
Oversee the entire sales process, from qualification to closing deals
Create joint account strategies alongside partner field teams for shared opportunities
Encourage partner organizations to prioritize collaborative initiatives with EPAM
Guide impactful, value-driven conversations with clients using combined EPAM and partner offerings
Implement joint go-to-market campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline outcomes
Establish governance practices for forecasting, pipeline tracking and opportunity accuracy
Optimize strategic partner funding and investment to speed up joint successes
Requirements
10+ years in enterprise IT sales or business development with a focus on acquiring new business
Proven track record of achieving or surpassing personal sales targets
Solid understanding of co-selling frameworks and partner-driven commercial approaches
Demonstrated skill in handling complex enterprise sales cycles from start to finish
Comprehensive knowledge of leading technology ecosystems and alliance mechanics
Capability to engage and influence senior-level executives from clients and partners alike (C-suite)
Outstanding negotiation abilities and strategic mindset
Background working within global, matrixed organizational structures
A degree in business, technology or a related discipline
Strong skills in presenting and communicating effectively
High-level English proficiency (C1 or above)
Nice to have
Previous experience overseeing revenue strategies driven by alliances
Knowledge of running joint go-to-market initiatives and co-funded campaigns
Certifications tied to major strategic partner ecosystems (such as leading cloud providers)
Fluency in multiple languages and experience in international sales
