Description
- Draft, review, and manage real estate transaction documents, including purchase agreements and lease agreements.
- Perform title and survey reviews and resolve any related issues.
- Coordinate and manage real estate closings, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Conduct due diligence and prepare summaries of findings for the legal team.
- Assist with zoning, land use, and other real estate-related matters.
- Maintain and organize legal files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Provide additional support on various legal matters as needed.
Profile
A successful Senior Paralegal Real Estate should have:
- Experience with commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Strong knowledge of title and survey review processes.
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
- Experience supporting trial preparation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and document management systems.
