Senior Paralegal Real Estate

Our client is a top-tier law firm seeking experienced legal professionals to support a thriving real estate practice.

Prepare and review real estate transaction documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.

Coordinate and manage due diligence processes for property acquisitions and dispositions.

Conduct title and survey reviews and resolve related issues in collaboration with stakeholders.

Assist with zoning and land use analysis to ensure regulatory compliance.

Maintain accurate and organized legal files and records for real estate matters.

Support attorneys in real estate closings, ensuring all documents are executed properly.

Research and analyze real estate laws, regulations, and precedents as required.

Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure timely completion of projects.

A successful Senior Paralegal Real Estate should have:

Experience with real estate transactions, including preparation of related legal documents.

Familiarity with title and survey reviews, as well as zoning and land use regulations.

5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.

Experience supporting trial preparation.

Strong organizational and document management skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, internal teams, and external parties.

Excellent research and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Knowledge of relevant legal software and tools is a plus.

Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually.
