Senior Paralegal – Employment Law (Pre-Litigation)

A small, established law firm in the Houston area is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join its pre-litigation team, supporting employment-related matters on behalf of individual clients.


Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years of prior experience working in a law firm.
- At least one (1) year of experience conducting legal research and case law analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet demanding deadlines, and handle a high-volume caseload.
- Strong attention to detail, self-discipline, organization, and work ethic.
- Willingness and desire to learn and work with clients facing employment-related legal issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Clio case management software.
- Prior experience working in a plaintiff-side law firm.
- Previous employment law experience.
- Bilingual abilities.

This is a fully in-office position. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.
- Monday–Thursday: 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- 30-minute lunch break each day.
