Job Summary: We are seeking a Certified OutSystems Professional (or Expert) with 7+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications on the OutSystems platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Reactive Web & UI development (desktop/mobile), SQL, .NET, and production support, along with a proven track record of leading projects and mentoring teams.
Key Responsibilities:
OutSystems Development:- Design, build, and deploy scalable applications using OutSystems Reactive Web & Mobile.
- Ensure adherence to OutSystems best practices in architecture, security, and performance.
- Develop custom workflows, integrations, and data models.
Database & Backend:
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
- Maintain data integrity and performance in database management.
- Integrate OutSystems with external systems using APIs and .NET.
Production Support & Leadership:
- Provide troubleshooting, debugging, and incident resolution for live applications.
- Mentor offshore/onshore teams and drive technical best practices.
- Lead projects from conception to completion with documented success.
Security & Compliance:
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have:- 7+ years of hands-on OutSystems development experience.
- OutSystems Professional or Expert Certification (mandatory).
- Strong proficiency in Reactive Web & UI development (desktop/mobile).
- Advanced SQL skills (queries, optimization, stored procedures).
- Experience with .NET for backend integrations.
- Proven production support and team mentoring experience
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines in OutSystems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
