Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced
Senior ORMB Functional Consultant with strong expertise in
Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with billing and revenue management solutions, system configuration, requirements analysis, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead implementation and support of ORMB billing and revenue management solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to revenue and billing.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure, test, and deploy ORMB solutions.
- Develop and maintain complex billing workflows and revenue management processes.
- Troubleshoot billing discrepancies and support revenue reconciliation.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Identify opportunities for billing-process improvement and automation.
- Maintain solution design, process, and operational documentation.
- Support compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements.
