Senior Oracle Payroll Business Analyst (Techno-Functional)
Location: Hybrid (Open to remote for highly qualified candidates)
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Duration: Through end of year with possible extension/conversion
Interview Process: 1-2 rounds (Zoom)
Overview
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Payroll Business Analyst (Techno-Functional) to support a high-impact Oracle HCM initiative. This role has been refined to target a senior-level, hands-on Oracle resource capable of contributing immediately across implementation and post-go-live environments.
This is not a traditional BA role-we are prioritizing candidates with deep system expertise, strong Oracle Payroll knowledge, and the ability to operate across both functional and technical domains.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Oracle HCM-related roles
Proven experience supporting Oracle HCM implementations
Strong expertise in:
Oracle Payroll (required)
Core HR
OTBI Reporting
HDL / HSDL data loads
Demonstrated experience with:
Configuration and troubleshooting
Post-go-live / hypercare support environments
System enhancements and production support
Ability to work independently and contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up
