    Location: Mountain View, California
    Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week;

    Job Description
    • We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle ERP Fusion Consultant / Architect with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, ERP implementations, solution architecture, and end-to-end project delivery.
    • The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of professional experience, with a proven track record of leading and implementing Oracle Fusion ERP solutions, managing complex business requirements, and delivering successful ERP transformation initiatives.
    • This role requires strong technical and functional expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation projects, from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment and post-go-live support.
    • Design scalable Oracle ERP Fusion solutions aligned with business objectives and organizational requirements.
    • Lead ERP implementation, configuration, integration, testing, migration, and deployment activities.
    • Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and project leadership to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.
    • Provide expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP modules and related enterprise business processes.
    • Manage solution architecture, system integrations, data migration, and implementation best practices.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements, system optimization, and automation.
    • Support project planning, issue resolution, risk management, and delivery milestones.
    • Provide technical and functional guidance to project teams and ensure high-quality implementation outcomes.

    Required Qualifications
    • 10+ years of overall professional experience in ERP consulting, enterprise applications, and implementation projects.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and solution delivery.
    • Proven experience leading or architecting large-scale Oracle ERP implementation initiatives.
    • Strong understanding of ERP architecture, configuration, integrations, testing, data migration, and deployment methodologies.
    • Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Mountain View, California, with two days onsite per week.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in a Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Architect capacity.
    • Experience managing multiple implementation phases and providing architectural direction.
    • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP best practices and enterprise transformation initiatives.
    • Candidates with extensive Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and leadership experience may be considered for remote flexibility.
